Novotel Miami Brickell faced the challenge of establishing visibility in Miami's competitive hotel market and enlisted CIIC to position the property as “the place to be” for locals and travelers alike. Our strategy focused on highlighting the hotel's vibrant aesthetic, its revamped dining options: UVA Restaurant and Vista Rooftop & Bar, and promoting it as a premier destination for bleisure travel due to its location in the heart of Miami’s financial district.

Through targeted local and national efforts across travel trade, lifestyle, business, and leisure travel sectors, we successfully built awareness and generated demand for Novotel Miami. Key to this success were strategic brand partnerships with ROAM Luggage, Veuve du Vernay, Rolling Stone, and local artist DidiRok, along with impactful influencer collaborations featuring local Miami content creators showcasing the property and its food and beverage outlets.

The results speak for themselves, with heightened social media engagement and substantial media coverage in reputable outlets such as Thrillist, Time Out Miami, Edible South Florida, The Travel, and Secret Miami.
