Carolyn’s more than 20 years of public relations and marketing experience forms the foundation of CIIC’s renowned and distinctive offering of services. Her intelligent, creative and energetic personality has made Carolyn a valued counsel to top executives at multi-national hotel brands, fine dining and restaurant chains, real estate developments and government tourism boards around the world.
Carolyn has piloted CIIC in numerous award-winning campaigns on behalf of the company’s diverse clientele. Prior to founding CIIC, Carolyn worked for several large public relations firms from which she gleaned experiences that honed her dedication to offer clients principal-led and personalized service. Today, CIIC is the culmination of Carolyn’s vision, setting a new standard for lifestyle public relations.

Patricia brings an impressive background within the hospitality industry to her more than 15 years of public relations and marketing practices. Her professional experience includes destination tourism, hotel repositioning, resort/destination spa marketing and spa/beauty product launches. With an education in fine arts, Patricia brings a special brand of creative flair and innovative thinking to strategic planning for CIIC clientele.

With more than a decade of experience in travel, real estate and lifestyle public relations, Kate brings a creative and fresh approach to the strategic planning and management of CIIC’s hospitality and lifestyle accounts. She is a trusted resource for media, her clients and colleagues, and her thoughtful and results-driven approach to the job – and eye for entertainment industry synergies – are her hallmarks. Prior to joining CIIC, Kate drove the PR campaigns for the former Ritz-Carlton COO’s international brand launch, and spearheaded the grand opening of Bermuda’s first private residence club and first new hotel opening in nearly 40 years. A true specialist in the luxury hospitality, food & beverage and real estate sectors, Kate garnered award-winning results for each.
Account Director (New York)
A seven-year veteran of CIIC, Alyssa is a master at forging relationships with A-list media and top brands on behalf of our travel clients, paving the way for unique co-branded partnership opportunities, from social media promotions, in-store events, co-branded occasions, photo shoots and more. To date, Alyssa has inked partnerships for her clients with the likes of Havaianas, Alaska Airlines, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Henri Bendel, Macy’s, and Pandora Jewelry, among others.
Account Director (Miami)
Returning to CIIC from an interim stint with Newlink Communications, Amy heads up CIIC’s Miami office. Her extensive client experience includes Nikki Beach Worldwide, where she led efforts to solidify the brand’s presence in eight countries; and Marriott International Inc., where she supported nine brands and more than 79 properties in LATAM. A social media guru at heart, Amy additionally managed all social communication for the Ministryof Tourism of the Dominican Republic (MTUR) in Portuguese and Spanish. She’s also worked with Guatemala’s Tourism Institute, ProChile, Grand Lucayan in Grand Bahama Island and the destination of Acapulco. Amy is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of Portuguese.
