Putting Los Cabos on the A-List


CIIC represented The Los Cabos Tourism Board for more than 15 years. We were originally contracted to help gain exposure for Los Cabos as it began expanding into new U.S. markets outside of Texas and California, and that we did.

Throughout our tenure, we consistently secured the destination’s place on the top of travelers’ choice lists, magazine covers, feature articles, and - most critically, the must-visit lists of travelers throughout the U.S.

Our award winning campaigns not only increased visitors to the destination, but helped earn its place as an A-list destination attracting new visitors from new markets, including NY, Chicago, Atlanta and Las Vegas.

Our agency’s approach - which was to layer Cabo’s exposure through traditional media relations outreach, emerging social and digital channels, consumer-facing in-market events and promotions and partnerships with top-tier brands and partners - helped shine the sterling reputation of Los Cabos and make it a household name.
