Al Yeganeh, founder of the "Soup
Kitchen International" restaurant, located at Eighth Avenue and
55th Street in New York City, has been producing premium, gourmet soups
for a loyal following of devotees since 1984. His persona, as well
as his soup abruptly went international with the 1995 airing of the
famous "soup" episode of "Seinfeld", which
featured a character based on Mr.Yeganeh.
To launch their international franchise, The Original SoupMan, Mr.
Yeganeh and team sought out the services of CIIC. After an intensive
media campaign which
focused primarily on national trade publications and broadcast outlets, the company
is now poised to open 1,000 franchise locations in the next five to seven years
and release a full line of retail soups nationwide.
