Monkey Muffins, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Lisa Coates and Robin Rarrick. Searching for the perfect wholesome snack to feed their kids, they decided to just go ahead and bake it themselves. They came out so good, they decided to share Monkey Muffins® with the whole world. The company launched their flagship product regionally in September of 2003. CIIC is working to ensure that the tri-state popularity of the product will continue on to become a national success.
