CIIC and our San Diego partner, BCI, launched a national public relations, marketing and community relations campaign on behalf of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corporation, parent company of Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants. Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes was founded in 1978 in San Diego, California and currently operates 97 salad buffet-style
restaurants across the western, southern, and eastern portions of the United States.
