CIIC was contracted by New Leaf Brands in early 2010 to implement a national public relations campaign to promote the launch of the company’s full line of ready-to-drink (RTD) iced teas and a new line of specialty lemonades. Through media relations, promotions, social media, trade events and integration with New Leaf’s investor relations and advertising agencies, CIIC developed a tactical branding program to position New Leaf beverages as the perfect convergence of taste and health. The agency also created a separate corporate communications plan focused on helping the company achieve its business objectives.
Since the introduction of New Leaf to the national press and public, CIIC has garnered national broadcast, print and online media placements. As distribution of New Leaf beverages continues to roll out into new markets, the agency will support efforts by driving consumer and media interest on the local levels.
